Attorney Biography
With over 15 years of experience in litigation and intellectual property law, Sarah Stemer advises and represents clients across a diverse range of industries, including fashion, media, aviation, technology, and consumer goods. As the founder and managing attorney of the firm, Sarah brings a strategic, forward-thinking approach to trademark and copyright protection, enforcement, and brand development, helping clients safeguard their intellectual property in a competitive global market.
Sarah’s practice focuses on guiding businesses, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals through every stage of brand protection, from initial trademark clearance and registration to disputes, enforcement actions, and long-term IP strategy. Clients value her responsive, solutions-oriented approach and her ability to distill complex legal issues into practical guidance that supports business growth.
Sarah began her legal career at Siemens AG in Munich, Germany, where she worked in the intellectual property department and developed a global perspective on IP law. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2010 after graduating with honors from the University of Florida. During law school, she interned with the Florida State Attorney’s Office and served as a mentor for students in special education programs—an early sign of her ongoing commitment to advocacy and service.
In addition to her legal practice, Sarah is involved in pro bono work, including service through the ACLU Volunteer Legal Panel and as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA/GAL) for children. A certified trauma-conscious yoga teacher, she also supports veterans and survivors through movement and mindfulness practices.
