Gina Botti, Esq., founding attorney of Botti Legal LLC, has over a decade of experience in various areas of law, including trial work, civil litigation, real estate, homeowner associations, and general business transactions. She graduated from the Westfield State College in 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree of science in Criminal Justice, with honors, and in 2007 from the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law, Magna Cum Laude. Prior to starting Botti Legal, Ms. Botti worked in the civil litigation and real estate departments of some of the most prestigious law firms in Metro Denver. Ms. Botti is licensed to practice law in Colorado (State and Federal Courts), Massachusetts and Washington, D.C. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Douglas/Elbert Bar Association and the Colorado Women’s Bar Association.
