Attorney Biography
Miranda started her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Alabama, and then made her way to the Sunshine State of Florida. There she first practiced her passion exclusively in estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate, and estate litigation, for several years.
Her career then took a detour into personal injury law, and she served as a managing attorney for a national personal injury law firm. Throughout her years, she has always loved estate planning and has continued to offer estate planning services to her communities near and far. She is now back to focusing on estate planning as founder of Simpson Yancey Law, serving the legal needs of clients in Colorado, Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi.
Licensed to practice law in Colorado, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and the following Federal District Courts: Middle District of Alabama, Southern District of Alabama, Northern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, Southern District of Florida, Southern District of Mississippi, District of Colorado.
