She also represents individuals in discrimination, retaliation, employment contract, wage, and wrongful termination cases, as well as preserving their rights under the National Labor Relations Act.

Jeanette regularly represents unions before the NLRB, in administrative proceedings, arbitrations, and trial and appellate court.
