Ms. Weeks is an experienced litigator, having worked for some of the country’s largest personal injury firms in Colorado, Arizona and California. Ms. Weeks draws upon her training as an award-winning, former investigative newspaper journalist to staunchly advocate for her clients. Throughout her careers, Ms. Weeks has strived to bring knowledge to consumers, expose injustices and advocate for the "little guy."

Attorney Weeks has obtained sizable, confidential settlements for her clients; represented countless workers before Judges; and helped secure a $3 million jury verdict for an injured truck driver in Colorado in 2018. During law school, Ms. Weeks completed a judicial externship for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and volunteered with the consumer division of Legal Aid. She studied international economic law and human rights law in Europe through Washington D.C.’s American University.

Her track record of advocating for consumers and the public began far before law school. She had a successful, decade-long career as an award-winning investigative newspaper reporter prior to becoming an attorney. She served as a government watchdog and investigated corporations, drawing attention to the exploitation of Mexican factory workers, counterfeit drug smuggling, and dysfunction in the health care system. She wrote for publications such as The Kansas City Star, The Associated Press and The San Diego Business Journal, among others.
