• Ethics: Ethics programs needed to comply with contractual requirements as well as ethics requirements applicable to government employees
• Contract Terms and Conditions: Review Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or other agency clauses flowed from prime contractors; create your company’s clauses to flow to your supply chain
• Commercial Item Status: Establish and maintain your products and services as commercial items
• Compliance and Training: Using Lean Six Sigma (certified Green Belt) techniques, I can create processes and training programs tailored for your company to increase its efficiency

I am a government contracts attorney with more than 20 years of experience working in the defense and space industries. Bringing a background of a mix of government and corporate experience, I can help small and midsize businesses navigate the maze of government contracting regulations. I enjoy becoming a strategic partner and trusted advisor for my clients. I do this by focusing on learning the details of my clients’ businesses so I can provide the most effective legal and practical advice on strategy and business operations. As part of the government contract community in Colorado, I help build and support our local small business ecosystem through volunteering and networking.
