She provides practical legal advice and focuses her practice on US and international patent prosecution, US and international trademark prosecution, intellectual property strategy development, and structuring and negotiating transactions, licenses, and collaborative agreements. Julie provides balanced legal advice as well as counsel to legal, technical, and business teams in intellectual property matters.
