Attorney Biography

Jennifer Schaffner formed Schaffner Law in 2024 to provide exceptional, personalized representation to clients going through divorce. She is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to resolve cases efficiently for her clients, always keeping their best interests in mind.

A native of the Midwest, Jennifer graduated from the University of Michigan and Wayne State University School of Law. Drawn to Colorado by her love of sunshine and the outdoors, Jennifer has called Colorado home for over 20 years. Her broad legal experience is unique among family law attorneys as she began her career working for national and international firms, practicing in corporate transactions and commercial litigation. Jennifer found her true calling in family law and now exclusively devotes her energy to helping her clients achieve favorable outcomes involving the issues that matter most. A former competitive endurance athlete with dozens of marathon and Ironman triathlon finishes, Jennifer now relaxes by cycling, skiing in the Colorado mountains, and spending time with friends and family.
