Practice Description

I am one of four partners in a woman-owned law firm, I love my partners and my staff. Collectively, including our paralegals, we have more than 110 years of experience practicing in this area. We offer probate and trust administration services on an hourly basis, my hourly rate is $350, the hourly rate of other attorneys in the firm ranges from $310 to $375. We offer estate planning on a flat-fee basis with plans that include medical and financial powers of attorney and other appropriate ancillary documents. Will-based estate plans for individuals range from $1500 to $2400, and for couples from $2400 to $3500, revocable trust-based estate plans for individuals range from $3500 to $4100, and for couples from $4200 to $5400. Factors that influence the range are whether beneficiaries are adult or minor children or some entity or individual other than children, whether the client needs estate tax planning, and whether bequests are outright or in trusts for the benefit of children.

I have been practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate, and trust administration for 18 years. My clients are individuals who are looking to create a will, couples who recently welcomed children and are looking to establish guardianship provisions, people planning for end-of-life care or how to distribute their assets after their demise, people who recently lost a loved one and are navigating the probate or trust administration process, individuals who are planning for wealth succession and would like estate and gift tax advice, beneficiaries who need help understanding their rights after a parent or spouse dies or who are now trustee of a trust for their benefit or the benefit of a family member and need advice on their fiduciary obligations.
