We’re evolving startup legal from a necessary evil into a semi-enjoyable experience. I cofounded Peach Legal to provide entrepreneurs with a new type of legal support—a people-first approach, laser-focused on supporting startups at their earliest stages (Pre-seed to Series A) as well as self-funded (bootstrapped) companies.

At Peach Legal, we act as Fractional General Counsel for CEOs who want to run their businesses the right way on a budget. We also charge flat fees, which means you will know exactly how much a legal project will cost before we roll up our sleeves. The best part? Flat fees also means you can call us anytime, without counting the minutes!

Peach Legal was founded with a business perspective that very few (if any) other legal firms can provide—my cofounder is an active C-level executive for startups, and is a former investor who helped deploy >$300m across a portfolio of investor clients ranging from Seed to Series C and beyond. We live and breathe entrepreneurship in everything that we do, and we're confident you'll notice the difference from our very first interaction.

I'm an entrepreneur, startup attorney, and aspiring crazy plant lady. I've spent my career evolving startup legal from a necessary evil into a semi-enjoyable experience. You'll find me mingling at local startup events supporting the always-amazing Colorado startup ecosystem. I've had the supreme pleasure of participating in most dimensions of the startup ecosystem—as an entrepreneur/founder, a startup attorney, an accelerator attorney, and an investment attorney.

I'm a happy Boulder resident that is always looking to connect with fascinating people, whether you're a business owner or a student at a local coffee shop. My fiancé, Brandon, and I have two pups, Jack & Olive, who love hiking and exploring all that Colorado has to offer—we can always find time for a dog hike or for a local bite—we hope to see you out there!
